Ready to apply Protecta-kote bed liner kits. In addition to the standard one litre and 4 litre cans. Protecta-kote can also be purchased in a ready-to-use kit which contains all the accessories needed (masking tape may be required) to coat 4 – 6 square metres which is the typical load-bed of one pick-up truck, 4×4 or delivery vehicle. Additional 1 litre tins can be purchased for larger load areas.
Description
The Protectakote kit contains:
- Four litres of Protectakote protective coating (available as standard Protectakote or the 50% tougher Protectakote UVR)
- One large diameter textured honeycomb polypropylene foam roller for easy application on to corrugated and smooth backs
- One spare roller refill
- One Large abrasive pad to prepare surfaces
- Two application brushes for corners and tight spots
- Safety Glasses
- 3 Pairs of Nitrile Gloves
- Complete step-by-step instructions
Typical price for a standard black kit is £89.95 (inc. VAT) and £126.95 (inc. VAT) for a UVR kit. Why pay hundreds of pounds when it’s so easy and so quick to do it yourself. Protectakote bedliner kits are the quick and simple way to protect your vehicle from weathering, abrasion and corrosion.
A 4 litre kit is sufficient to cover approximately 6m² with the recommended two coats, additional litre tins can also be purchased for larger vehicles.
When colour stability is important and the conditions are tough (salt water, chlorinated water, etc) we recommend using Protectakote UVR version which has a 50% tougher resin, better resistance to weathering and fading and a 50% faster drying and inter-coat time . Typical price for a UVR kit is £126.95 (inc VAT).
